Exercise

Before Meditation, please do simple and short exercises to prepare the body for the assimilation of greater energy. Do some eye rotations to ease the strains from our eyes. Neck and spine stretches, as well as gentle squats. This step is important to avoid over energizing.

 

Relax

Do slow and deep abdominal breathing to to be in a more relaxed receptive state.

Build it.

Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight, and preferably not against the back of the chair.

Tongue to Palate

Curl your tongue to touch the roof of your mouth. This is to connect the front and back channels of your energy body allowing for a better flow of energy throughout your system.

 

Release the Excess

Release the excess energy generated by the meditation through gentle massages and tapping of your head, neck, and lower back areas. After, do the same initial exercises to further ground you and release excess energies.
